Over the past few weeks our Second Year Home Economics Students have been busy learning to make pastry.
Although it can be tricky and quite delicate, they all followed the guidelines to create perfectly formed pastry cases which they filled with fillings of their choice to create a delicious quiche.
Well done to all-they look yummy!
