Our U16 Girls Basketball team played Glanmire Community College on Friday last. They won their game 56-26 points after a great team effort from all who played. Some notable performances on the day from Laia and Lucy. Well done everyone!
U19 Girls continued our success on the Basketball court last week were the U19 Girls Team who also had a great win against Glanmire Community College,
The final score was 52-34 points. Great effort by all and they girls are now into the semi finals.

Well done to our First Year Boys Soccer team who won their match against Douglas Community School last Friday. The game went to penalties after a full time score of 2-2 a piece.
Coláiste Muire Cobh went on to win on penalties!
Our U16 Boys Basketball team travelled to St. Aidans Community College this week.
A strong start from Leo and Pablo put Colaiste Muire in the lead 13-10 at the end of the first quarter.
Second quarter good defence from Joe O and Pablo, 3 pointers from Leo kept Colaiste Muire in the lead.
Third quarter sees Colaiste Muire trail 32-33. Neck and neck all the way through the fourth quarter. St Aidans ball with 23 second left with a tie game 46-46.
Unfortunately St. Aidans come out on top with a good last basket putting them 2 points ahead.

Colaiste Muire got off to a good start. Some nice play from Jaon, Luwe, and Pablo saw Colaiste Muire take the lead.
Great defence from Joan and Luwe along with rebounds by Sam, resulted in many great scores. Colaiste Muire widen the gap in the fourth quarter to secure the win 39-57.
