Week 6 Lockdown Activity Plan – 22 to 28 February 

This week the PE Department have set their classes a Weekly Activity Plan with fitness challenges for you to follow at home.  

 

The Weekly Activity Plan is a guideline aimed to encourage you to improve your physical fitness and encourage you to get out in the fresh air for your overall wellbeing.

 

This week why not try our HIIT workout or Pilates for Beginners.

 

Make sure you share your Fitness/activity goals and achievements with your PE teacher.
