On Thursday 17th November our MFL Department held several workshops for Languages Connect Day.
Our Transition Years participated in various workshops that included, dance lessons and food tasters. Some of our international students even tasted their first Tayto sandwich!!! Our MFL Teachers ran a Kahoot also with the winning team pictured below.
Over the last two weeks, they ran a Bake-Off Competition, sponsored by Ellen’s Kitchen. Congratulations to our winners for their Spanish creation.
Our Transition Years had a great half day learning lots about the various languages on offer to them.
A great day was had by all, thank you to our language teachers for such a memorable day.
