Third Years have been back in the kitchen over the past couple of weeks conducting trial runs of their chosen dishes for their practical exam.
Trialling the dishes gives them an excellent opportunity to get feedback on how they can be improved so they get the best marks possible.
As the practical exam is worth 50% of the Junior Cycle grade for Home Economic, this is a very important step for them all.
