MEITHEAL continues at COLÁISTE MUIRE
The Meitheal tradition is one of the many rhythms at the heart at Coláiste Muire.
It’s mission is kindness. It’s challenge this year is how to bring people together and keep them apart.
Sincere congratulations to the outgoing Meitheal team who did outstanding work last year; carrying out ice-breaker activities, organising 4 pop up café’s, the traditional Christmas movie and the First Year Quiz. Their support, reliability and ability to step up to the plate was commendable.
The new team have big shoes to fill. To date they have made a positive impact with First Years with ice-breaker activities galore with First Years while maintaining social distancing. The team also assisted First Years in key skills such as organisation of their lockers, school journals and school bags. We’re in this together. Well done! Tús maith leath na hoibre.
