MEITHEAL continues at Coláiste Muire Cobh…
The Meitheal tradition continues to go from strength to strength despite the pandemic at Coláiste Muire. It’s mission is supporting the school community, in particular the First Years and kindness.
Sincere congratulations to the outgoing Meitheal team who did outstanding work last year; carrying out ice-breaker activities, a personal talk on study and exam skills and targeted locker organisation support, the traditional Halloween movie and the First Year Team Building Day at Fota Wildlife Park. Their support, reliability and ability to step up to the plate was commendable.
The new team have big shoes to fill. To date they have made a positive impact with First Years with ice-breaker activities and team building activities and Halloween Movie with First Years while maintaining social distancing. Well done!
