A huge well done to our 5th Year students Jamie and Aoibhinn who raised €465 in their Cake Sale on 24th March. This money will go towards their upcoming trip to Lourdes with the Cloyne Diocese. They also received a donation from our school Board towards their trip.
Jamie and his family also held a Coffee Morning in Rushbrooke Tennis Club recently and they raised €1,300. Jamie had donated the surplus funds to the Lourdes Invalid Fund.
We wish Jamie and Aoibhinn the best of luck as they continue to prepare for their trip, attend the Youth Meeting in Blarney and continue their fundraising efforts in the coming weeks.
Thank you to everyone in our school community who has helped Jamie and Aoibhinn prepare for their trip. We know they will remember our school in their prayers in Lourdes this year.
