Junior Cycle Visual Art focuses on developing students individuality, self-confidence, creative problem solving skills, time management, technical drawing ability and craft skills and an awareness of aesthetic in the world around them.
Within the art room, students will take part in imagining, investigating, experimenting, making, displaying and evaluating. They will sometimes fail, and learn that failure can often be a hugely positive learning experience.
